The holiday chalet is set on a gentle hill on a large 20,000m² plot in Zillertal. Nature lovers will adore the romantic and peaceful scenery around the 250-year-old barn. Chalet Ziller oozes alpine charm combined with modern architectural amenities. It lies about 5 minutes from the famous ski resort of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen that was chosen as “The best ski destination in the world” in 2010 and 2011! Eight guests can sleep in the four charming bedrooms and the chalet has a modern and well-equipped wellness area.
The large open plan living and dining area with a large fireplace flows into the modern kitchen. Panoramic windows and two sliding doors provide for maximum enjoyment of the mountain scenery. The TV sofa made of 200-year-old larch trees invites guests to sit down and relax.
The well-equipped country kitchen also has beautiful wooden decor and elements, including a stunning, hand-crafted wooden wall depicting the Zillertal mountain range. A large terrace of 90m² is located on the north-facing side of the chalet – and there is an impressive stone wall behind the chalet offering more seating options with 100% privacy.
After a long day on slopes you will appreciate the relaxation and recreation area on the lowest floor of the mountain retreat, complete with sauna, rain shower, starlit sky and a heated mosaic bed.
There are four bedrooms housing a maximum of eight guests in chalet Ziller. The ceiling of the double master bedroom with walk-in cupboard and balcony access, is beautifully decorated with old restored shingles. Its en-suite bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath and light therapy, has extra-large Velux roof windows that can be opened so that you can enjoy the open sky and wind in the trees outside. The second bedroom has a double bed and private balcony and shares a bathroom with the family bedroom, which has a double bed as well as a single bed. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, can serve as a staff bedroom.
