The main floor is arranged around a bright open-plan living space, with large windows looking across the golf course and mountains beyond. A generous sitting area is centred on a stone fireplace, with the dining table and kitchen alongside.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with a six-burner range, built-in griddle, wine fridge and a separate pantry, while outside, the covered terrace is designed for entertaining, with a barbecue, fire pit and hot tub. A separate family TV room can be closed off, giving children or teenagers a space of their own in the evening.
Upstairs are four en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a fireplace, bathtub and shared balcony, while the remaining rooms include two queens and a bedroom with two double beds, allowing the house to sleep up to 10 guests in total.
