Backing onto Nicklaus North Golf Course and protected woodland, the house enjoys a peaceful residential setting while still being only a short drive from Whistler Village. In winter, the golf course becomes a network of cross-country ski trails, and year-round, the Valley Trail is right on the doorstep.

Inside, the main floor centres on a bright open-plan living area with large windows, mountain views and a broad balcony running the length of the house. Throughout, the interiors feature a notable collection of work by leading Canadian artists.

The sitting area is arranged around a stone fireplace, with the dining table and kitchen alongside. The kitchen is well-equipped for larger groups, and the balcony is set up for outdoor entertaining, with a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and a sunken hot tub overlooking the trees. A separate media room sits just off the main space, giving children or teenagers somewhere of their own in the evening.

Sleeping eight adults and two children, the bedroom layout is practical for families and mixed groups. The master bedroom is upstairs, while the lower level has two en-suite queen rooms, a king room with a separate bathroom, and a den with a pull-out queen sofa sharing that same bathroom.

The chalet also includes a double garage, ski and snowboard storage, boot heaters and additional driveway parking.

Good to Know

Location & Access:

For easy access to Whistler Village, Blackcomb Village and Creekside, we would recommend having a car or adding a driver service, as the house is a short drive from both the villages and the ski lifts.

Space & Layout:

The house can sleep up to 10 guests, though the den is best thought of as overflow accommodation rather than a proper fifth bedroom.

Set in Cypress Place at Nicklaus North, this property enjoys a modern setting in one of Whistler’s most desirable golf course neighbourhoods. The house backs directly onto Nicklaus North Golf Course and the Valley Trail, giving guests immediate access to some of Whistler’s best walking, running and biking routes, as well as easy connections towards Whistler Village, Meadow Park and Rainbow Park. In winter, cross-country ski trails run through the golf course beside the property, while in summer the location works particularly well for golf, lake days and access to the River of Golden Dreams.
