Contemporary chalet close to Chamonix Centre

Set just outside the centre of Chamonix, Chalet Rytola combines a convenient location with mountain views and a fresh, Nordic-inspired interior. The chalet is within a five-minute walk of the town’s bars, restaurants and shops, while the bus stop and train station are around three minutes away on foot.

Inside, the design brings together stone, wood and raw concrete, creating a clean alpine look without feeling too traditional. The main living floor is open plan, with a full-height ceiling, fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with generous workspace.

Large windows draw in views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, while the terrace extends the living space outside.

Chalet Rytola sleeps eight guests across four en-suite bedrooms, with space for three additional guests in the TV snug. On the entrance floor, there are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, along with the master suite, which has a dressing room, large open-plan bathroom, walk-in shower and views of Mont Blanc. A further double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the second floor.

The outdoor area works well in both winter and summer, with a private hot tub, dining table, barbecue and access down to the lower garden.

Practical facilities include a garage offering direct access to the chalet, a laundry room and a ski and boot room. Guests also have access to a shared sauna on the lower ground floor.
