Located in Les Moussoux on the south-facing slopes above Chamonix, Chalet Sundara is a 350m² private chalet with a full glass frontage, private gardens and terraces. The position gives the chalet uninterrupted views across the Mont Blanc Massif from both the living areas and the bedrooms.

Upstairs, the open-plan living area sits beneath the original stone barn roof, with full-height windows drawing the Mont Blanc views into the room. Sliding doors open onto the south-facing terrace and garden. Inside, the sitting area is arranged around an ethanol fireplace, with a dining table for 12 and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast area, larder and range cooker.

Chalet Sundara sleeps up to eight guests across four en-suite bedrooms. The 45m² master bedroom has a super-king bed, reading corner, Smart TV, terrace access and an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. The three remaining bedrooms are each 25m² and can be made up as super-king doubles or twins, with Smart TVs, en-suite shower rooms and direct terrace access.

The wellness facilities are a real asset for a chalet of this size. Outside, the sunken hot tub sits in the lower garden, reached directly from the bedroom level. Indoors, there's a private spa area with sauna, hammam and Turkish shower.

Practical details are also well covered, with fibre optic Wi-Fi, a ski room with boot warmers, laundry room, garage, EV charger and additional outdoor parking.

Good to Know

Location & Access

Although Chamonix's centre is an easy 15-minute walk from the chalet, be aware that the return walk to the chalet is uphill, so make sure you plan accordingly.

Wellness & Amenities

Space for one car is available inside, with parking outside the property for an additional 3 vehicles. The driveway is fully heated and snow-free throughout the winter.
The chalet's laundry room is equipped with two washing machines and two dryers.
