Ultima Courchevel comprises 13 private residences set between Courchevel 1850 and Courchevel 1650. Four four-bedroom Signature Residences sit within the south resort. Although an indoor corridor links them, each offers total privacy once inside. Guests benefit from the hotel’s service, spa, restaurant, bar and valet parking.

Ski-in/ski-out access is via the in-house ski room with a ski butler to prepare your skis and transport them to the piste.

Each Signature Residence is arranged over three floors and includes four en-suite bedrooms with marble bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a fireplace and mountain views. The decor is more refined and contemporary than in a traditional alpine chalet.

Guests also have access to a spa shared between eight residences. The highlight is the heated indoor-outdoor pool, and there is also a hammam, a sauna, a gym, and various treatment rooms where you can enjoy a signature massage, facial or full-body regeneration.

Location & Access:

Ultima Hotel Courchevel is set on a quiet road with very little traffic. With direct access to the slopes, guests can enjoy both privacy and convenience.

Space & Layout:

Guests reach the residence via reception and a narrow corridor, giving more of a hotel feel than that of a standalone chalet.
The bedrooms themselves are a good size, with plenty of storage.
All beds are fixed doubles, so the layout is less suited to mixed groups who would prefer twin rooms, although twin duvets can be provided.

Wellness & Facilities:

The spa is open from 9:00 to 21:00 and 10:00 to 19:00 for treatments
The indoor-outdoor pool and spa are a real highlight, though they are shared with several other residences.
The relaxation area is on the smaller side, with limited loungers, so it is less suited to larger groups wanting to spend longer together there.
Ultima Courchevel has a cinema room, which can be booked privately for movie nights.

Location & Access

Located above Courchevel 1650, Ultima Hotel Courchevel offers ski-in/ski-out access and is a short drive from both Courchevel 1650 and 1850.

Distance to Piste: Ski-in/ski-out to green Belvedere piste, which takes you down to the Ariondaz gondola and beginner ski area.
Distance to Ski Lifts: Short ski to Mickey and Belevdere beginner lifts, and the Ariondaz gondola.
