Situated in the middle of the village square in Montriond, Grande Maison combines the special Chalet La Maison with the adjacent Owner's Lodge. The properties are connected through the shared underground parking. The main property, La Maison, is an original town house dating back to 1749 which has now undergone a transformative renovation whilst retaining many original features including a staircase hewn from 370-million-year-old sedimentary Caithness stone from the Northern Highlands of Scotland.

The top floor of the property is home to a vast open-plan living area with a main lounge, library and bar area with pool table. On the first floor is an elegant dining room with a baby grand piano, state-of-the-art kitchen and floating wine cellar. The kitchen is split in two and features a concealed professional space and a beautiful front kitchen built around a DeManincor range.

The Owner's Lodge has its own open-plan living area with a fireplace, TV and large kitchen with breakfast bar. A cosy corner platform provides a private spot to take some time away from the group.

One of the best things about Grande Maison is its incredible spa centred around an 'L' shaped swimming pool with a counter current, massage zones and fountains. In addition, you can choose from an indoor and outdoor hot tub and relax in the barrel sauna or large steam room. A raised studio is ideal for Pilates or yoga and there's a massage room for enjoying numerous treatments. The Owner's Lodge has its own roof terrace with a Jacuzzi.

Further space to relax can be found in La Maison's TV snug or in "Le Boudoir", a luxurious space with seating separating two bedrooms.

Grande Maison is home to nine bedrooms in total - six in La Maison and three in The Owner's Lodge. Two bedrooms on the top floor of La Maison feature free-standing copper bathtubs whilst several of the other bedrooms feature walk-in wardrobes. In the Owner's Lodge are two double/twin bedrooms and a quad bunk room.
