Chalet Ilex occupies an elevated position in the Hameau de Place area of St Martin de Belleville, approximately 100 metres from the blue Village piste. The centre of the village is four minutes away on foot, while the Village drag lift provides access towards the main St Martin gondola and the wider Three Valleys ski area.
Spanning approximately 565 m² across five levels, the chalet overlooks the village, valley, and surrounding slopes.
The open-plan living floor has vaulted ceilings and large windows, with a glass leaf installation following the roofline. Sofas are arranged around the fireplace, while the dining table seats 16. The adjoining kitchen has Gaggenau appliances, a Quooker tap and a breakfast bar. A wrap-around balcony extends from the living area, with an outdoor hot tub positioned overlooking the valley.
Six bedrooms are divided between the ground floor and second floor, including three rooms that can be configured as doubles or twins. The principal bedroom occupies the top floor and opens onto a private balcony. A children’s bunk room is located on the lower ground floor, beside the entertainment and wellness facilities/
After skiing, the lower floors offer an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym and massage room. A tiered cinema sits alongside a games room with a pool table, bar and television lounge.
