St. Moritz, located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, is the perfect location for a week of activities, training and relaxation. Combining detox dinners with incredible experiences on and off the mountain, “Heal at el Toula” is sure to leave you fully rejuvenated and ready to face life’s challenges.
Day 1 - Spa session and detox dinner
After settling into the chalet you will enjoy a yoga session followed by a chance to relax in el Toula’s fabulous spa with its indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi’s, pool and hammam. Spa treatments will also be on offer for those that would like a massage or facial. A detox dinner will be provided by chef Patrick Hennessy and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails served by the chalet’s mixologist.
Day 2 - Mountain hiking and osteopathic treatment
Day 2 begins with muscular awakening with Romain, your personal trainer for the week. Enjoy a healthy breakfast and stretching on the terrace before a scenic walk to Val Rosegg. Back at the chalet, you will have your first osteopathic appointment with James Davies from Rising Health U.K followed by an open-air massage and spa treatment. Patrick will again provide a targeted healthy dinner to fuel you for the next day’s activities.
Day 3 & 4 - Scenic lakes and mountain biking
After the morning’s activities with Romain, take the panoramic train to Corviglia and walk to the beautiful Lake Alv where the perfect picnic awaits. Given the altitude, swimming in the lake is an option for hardcore bathers only. Walk or take the train back to Lake St. Moritz and enjoy the views from a sailing boat. After stretching out with Romain, another evening of relaxation awaits with spa activities and another delicious dinner cooked by Patrick.
Another day, another activity with a train ride to Corviglia and e-biking experience in the mountains. Lunch will be served on the terrace at a mountain restaurant before returning to el Toula by bike or on foot. Back at the chalet, it’s time for your second osteopathic appointment and time in the spa before dinner and drinks.
Day 5 - Horse riding, camping & Almazan cooking
Today’s activities take you into the heart of the Swiss Alps and outdoor living. After a healthy breakfast and a light lunch at Chesa el Toula, take a horse ride to your stunning camping location. A short yoga session is followed by local wine tasting and an Almazan style dinner cooked on an open fire. Smores and tales by the fire followed by star-gazing tops off a wonderful day in the mountains before sleep calls under the Swiss skies.
Day 6 & 7 - Sunrise and yoga
Wake up at 5.30am to experience sunrise in the Engadine and an altitude mountaineer breakfast. Take a bike ride back for a summer lunch at the Staz lake - the perfect location for water sports and sunbathing. Head back to the chalet for a yoga session and rejuvenating spa treatment before drinks and dinner cooked once again by Patrick.
Your last day consists of a final session Romaine, stretching on the terrace and a last osteopathic appointment and progression report. There’s just time for one last massage before a delicious brunch and transfer to the airport.
