Set in the peaceful Soga area of Niseko, Chalet Koi sits between Niseko Village and Annupuri, giving guests a quieter base with easy access to several ski areas. The Mori-no chairlift, Niseko Village gondola and Annupuri gondola are all within a short drive, while restaurants, shops and the resort centre can also be reached by car.
The chalet is arranged over two floors and has a clean, contemporary feel, with warm wood finishes, vaulted ceilings and large windows drawing in the surrounding landscape. A traditional Japanese genkan sets the tone on arrival, with a dedicated ski room and covered garage making the daily return from the mountain more practical.
The main living space is on the first floor, where the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area opens onto a balcony. Sofas are positioned to make the most of the views, while the dining table seats up to 10 guests and sits beside a modern kitchen with herringbone flooring and soft timber detailing.
Chalet Koi accommodates eight guests across four en-suite double bedrooms, split between the ground and first floors. Two bedrooms are on the upper level, including one with balcony access, while the remaining two are on the ground floor. A tatami room adds a distinctly Japanese element to the chalet and can be used as a quiet reading room, meditation space or additional flexible room, depending on the group’s needs.
After skiing, the Japanese-style bath provides a calm place to unwind, while practical facilities include a ski room, laundry room and covered parking.
