Spacious penthouse in Klosters

Set in a peaceful part of Klosters, Haus Alpina occupies the top two floors of a large chalet, with lift access taking guests directly into the penthouse. The property is an easy chauffeured drive from the ski lifts and the centre of the village, placing shops, restaurants and the Gotschna lift within easy reach while remaining in a quiet area.

Inside, the main living space includes two double-height drawing rooms, each with an open fireplace, large sofas and access to outdoor balconies. One is more formal, with a vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, games table and adjoining dining area seating 12, while the second drawing room gives the group another generous space to relax after skiing.

A traditional Swiss Stübli provides a more intimate setting for breakfast, fondue or raclette evenings, while the galleried library on the upper level offers a quieter place to read or work. There is also a cosy TV room, giving children or teenagers their own space in the evenings.

Haus Alpina sleeps up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. Five bedrooms are located on the main floor, including three that can be configured as twins or doubles, alongside two fixed king or super-king rooms. The second-floor master suite is particularly private, with a super-king bed, balcony, dressing area, TV room and large en-suite bathroom.

There is also a massage/treatment room for post-ski treatments, a fully fitted ski room and private garage parking.
