Apartment Brunnenhof 13 occupies the third floor of the Brunnenhof Residence, six minutes on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and ten minutes from central Lech. The 133 m² apartment is arranged across one level.

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the surrounding mountains from the open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. A central wood-burning fireplace divides the L-shaped sofa from the dining table, which seats eight.

Glass doors open onto the balcony, and a bar provides a separate area for drinks.

Apartment Brunnenhof 13 is able to accommodate eight adults and two children in three double bedrooms and a quad bunk room. The master bedroom has a double bed, television and an en-suite bathroom.
