A short walk from both the Schlosskopf chairlift and the centre of Lech, Nidus Apartment 3 offers generous shared spaces, flexible bedrooms and sunny south-west-facing terrace make it an inviting base for families or friends.

The open-plan living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment. Comfortable sofas are arranged around a modern fireplace, while the dining table seats 10.

Floor-to-ceiling doors fill the room with natural light and open onto the terrace, with views across Lech and the surrounding mountains.

Five bedrooms include a master suite with terrace access, a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and private sauna. Three further bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins, while the fifth is a children’s bunk room. Two shower rooms are shared between these four bedrooms.

Guests also have access to the Nidus Residence’s shared ski room with heated boot warmers.

Good to Know

Space & Layout:

Only the master bedroom is en-suite. The four other bedrooms share two shower rooms between them.
The private sauna can only be accessed through the master suite.

The ski room is shared with four other apartments, although guests have their own private ski locker.
There is one outdoor parking space available to guests.

Part of the Nidus residence, Nidus Apartment 3 is located to the north of central Lech, a short walk from the lifts and the village centre.
