Who This Chalet Suits
Chalech 3 suits families or groups of friends who want a comfortable base close to both the skiing and village. Inside, the setup feels more grown-up than child-focused: all six bedrooms are doubles, there is no bunk room, and the lower-floor bar, darts area, cinema room and spa are better suited to teenagers and adults than younger children.

Chalech 3 forms part of the Chalech residence, a collection of private chalets within easy reach of Lech centre and the ski lifts. Guests access the chalet through the main lobby and an underground corridor which leads to the lower-floor entrance. The chalet is arranged over four levels, connected via a private internal lift.
The open-plan living area is found on the top floor, where vaulted ceilings follow the roofline, drawing the eye towards the impressive views over the surrounding valley.
A large sofa spans the length of the wall with the fireplace alongside and large doors leading out to the balcony. The kitchen and dining table sit alongside each other, creating a relaxed setting for evening meals. A TV snug is situated just off the living area.
Chalech 3 sleeps up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are arranged over two levels, with several opening onto balconies or terraces. A number of rooms also include desks and TVs.
The lower floor is dedicated to spa and entertainment. The private spa includes a sauna, hammam, infrared sauna, red-light therapy room and shower. Next door, the bar and games area has banquette seating, high stools, a beer tap and darts, leading through to a dedicated cinema room for evenings after skiing.
Guests have access to private laundry facilities as well as two indoor parking spaces. There is also an indoor pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with four other properties in the Chalech development.

Chalech 3 is well placed for both skiing and the village, just a short walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a pleasant stroll from the Schlegelkopf lift, with Lech centre only a few minutes away on foot or by car. The residence is close to three bus stops with buses passing frequently, making it very convenient for accessing the slopes and the town.
