Chalet Überhaus sits beside a blue piste in Oberlech, providing ski-in/ski-out access, with skiers able to return via the ground-floor terrace. The piste descends towards Lech and the Schlosskopf chairlift, connecting with the wider Arlberg ski area.
Extending across 685 m², the chalet has an open-plan sitting and dining room with a fireplace and doors opening onto a south-facing balcony. The dining table can accommodate larger groups, while sliding doors allow the professional kitchen to be closed off from view. Outside, lounge furniture and a dining table make the balcony an inviting spot from which to take in the surrounding mountains.
Chalet Überhaus accommodates up to 10 adults and four children in five bedroom suites.
The principal suite occupies the top floor and has a private sitting area with a fireplace, dressing room, balcony and bathroom with a roll-top bath. Two further bedrooms are en-suite doubles.
The remaining accommodation is arranged as two family suites. One pairs a double bedroom with a separate children’s room containing two sets of bunk beds. The second has a double bedroom and bunk beds set into an alcove, where the upper bunk can be folded away to create a seating area.
On the ground-floor terrace, the heated glass-bottomed hot tub overlooks Lech and sits beside the piste. Downstairs, the spa contains a sauna, hammam and massage room, alongside a professionally equipped gym.
The entertainment area includes a snooker room, cocktail bar, library and games area. A separate cinema has a large screen, surround sound and comfy seating, while the wine cellar contains a selection of bottles for dinners at the chalet.
