Private chalet in Mont d’Arbois

Set in the sought-after Mont d’Arbois area of Megève, Chalet Cham Lou'Ka offers a quieter residential setting within a short drive of the ski lifts and the village centre. The chalet is large in scale, covering 640m² across four floors.

The main living floor sits on the second level, where plush sofas are set around the fireplace and a bar area is the perfect spot to gather for an aperitif before dinner. A TV nook and table football sit just off the main lounge, giving younger guests a separate corner without being too far from the rest of the group.

The dining room opens onto the balcony, with alpine views and access to an outdoor terrace with seating and heating. A large kitchen completes the living floor.

Chalet Cham Lou'Ka sleeps up to 10 adults and four children across six bedrooms. The top floor is reserved for the master suite, with an emperor-size bed, dressing room, office, balcony and en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are three further double bedrooms and a children’s quad bunk room, all with en-suite facilities and several with exterior access. The final double bedroom is situated on the ground floor.

The ground floor is also dedicated to wellness and entertainment. The spa includes a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, shower and changing area, while the gym, wine cellar, cinema room and ski room with boot warmers are also found on this level. Practical facilities include a laundry room, EV charging station and a large garage for four to six vehicles.

Good to Know

Space & Layout:

The chalet is arranged over four floors. A lift serves all levels except the top floor where the master suite is located, so this room is not suitable for guests who need step-free access.
All bedrooms have fixed double beds, with no twin configurations. This makes Chalet Cham Lou'Ka better suited to families or couples.

The ground-floor double bedroom is slightly smaller than the others. It does not have a window, but it does have a skylight that brings in natural light.
There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Screens are limited to the TV corner and cinema room.

Set in a secluded neighbourhood of Megève, Chalet Cham Lou'Ka is a short drive from the pistes and a 10-minute drive from the historic centre, where there are many restaurants and boutiques to explore along the cobbled streets.
