Inside the Ultima Collection

The six apartments at Ultima Gstaad Residence combine private living space with access to Ultima Hotel Gstaad’s restaurant, bar and spa. Each has two to four bedrooms, its own entrance, kitchen and dining area, with timber beams and marble bathrooms throughout. Ground-floor residences also have gardens and Jacuzzis.

A lift leads directly to the shared spa, with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. The hotel provides a shuttle to Gstaad’s centre, while private chefs and in-residence dining are available on request.

Originally built by Prince Karim Aga Khan IV for visiting family and friends, Ultima Promenade Gstaad sits in the heart of the village. An open fire, wrap-around terrace and double-height dining room provide space to gather, with eight double suites and a children’s sleepover suite accommodating 16 adults and four children.

An entire floor houses the spa, swimming pool, cinema, arcade and nightclub. A private chef and service team look after guests, with daily breakfast and a chauffeur-driven vehicle for up to eight hours a day included.

Aged timber, stone and hand-hammered bronze give Ultima Megève a traditional Alpine appearance. Spread across two chalets, seven double bedrooms and a children’s dormitory accommodate 14 adults and four children.

A contemporary fireplace divides the lounge from the dining area, while a cinema, arcade room, wine cellar and private nightclub provide entertainment after skiing. The indoor pool overlooks Mont Blanc, with a hammam, gym and outdoor Jacuzzi completing the wellness facilities. Daily breakfast, a private chef and a dedicated service team are included, with a chauffeur for trips to the lifts and village.

Above Courchevel 1650, Ultima Hotel Courchevel comprises 13 private residences with restaurant and spa facilities. The Prestige Four-Bedroom Residences sit beside the Belvédère piste, with ski-in/ski-out access and a ski butler preparing equipment each morning.

Sleeping eight guests across three floors, each has a fireplace, mountain-facing windows and private living and dining spaces. Guests share a spa with the other south-resort residences, including a heated pool, hammam, sauna and gym.

With ski-in/ski-out access on the Plateau de Plan-Mayens, Ultima Crans-Montana comprises two adjoining chalets accommodating up to 38 guests. Eight double suites and two children’s dormitories occupy the main chalet, with six double suites in the second.

Separate living and dining areas give larger groups room to spread out, alongside a billiards room, arcade, cinema and cigar lounges. The 1,000 m² spa includes a heated outdoor pool, sauna, hammam, treatment rooms and fitness facilities, with private chef and concierge services available through Ultima’s Signature service.

Set in landscaped gardens, Ultima Grand Villa is approximately two minutes by car from Lake Geneva and 20 minutes from the city centre. Glass-fronted living spaces open towards the terraces, with a wine cellar, lounge bar, cinema and teppanyaki dining room seating 12.

A heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi complement the sauna, hammam and fitness suite. Boat trips, vineyard visits and watchmaking experiences offer plenty to explore beyond the villa.
