Apartment Brunnenhof 11 occupies the third floor of the Brunnenhof residence, five minutes on foot from the Schlosskopf chairlift and ten minutes from central Lech. It covers 176 m², accommodating six guests in three double bedrooms and up to four additional guests in the bunk room.
Reclaimed wood features throughout the open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. A central column contains a three-sided wood-burning fireplace, visible from both the lounge and dining table, with a television built into the opposite side.
The sitting area has a sofa, armchair and ottoman, while a separate wooden alcove with bench seating and antique chairs provides a space for cards or board games. The dining table seats 10, with a built-in banquette along one side and an antler chandelier overhead. The adjoining kitchen has a breakfast bar, and doors from both the kitchen and sitting area open onto balconies.
The three adult bedrooms have double beds and en-suite facilities. One has a bathroom with a bath and separate shower, while the other two have shower rooms. The fourth bedroom contains two sets of built-in, adult-sized bunk beds, sleeping four guests.
Guests can use the Brunnenhof residence’s shared indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation area. The apartment also has access to a shared ski locker and includes one parking space.
