Serenity Estate is a beautifully built home in Kadenwood, one of Whistler’s most exclusive residential areas. The setting is a large part of its appeal, with old-growth forest around the house, broad views across the valley and a private gondola linking directly down to Whistler Creekside. In good snow conditions, there is also ski-in/ski-out access from the house itself.
Inside, the house has a very contemporary feel, with extensive glazing, high ceilings and large open-plan living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in the views of the forest, mountains and lake beyond, which are a defining feature of the property.
The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area and sitting room, all arranged to make the most of the outlook.
There is also a separate prep kitchen and wine room, allowing private chefs or chalet staff to work away from the main guest areas. Off the living space is a study with a Mac desktop computer and printer, as well as a laundry room and WC.
The upper floor includes two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and wide views of the valley, lakes and surrounding mountains. Across a glazed walkway are three further bedrooms, while the lower floor is home to a children’s bunk room. This level also includes one of the house’s main entertaining spaces: a large sunken cinema room set alongside a games area with a pool table and bar.
Outside, the covered terrace is set up for spending time back at the house, with relaxed seating, heaters, a bar and a huge oval hot tub.
There is also a gym, ski room with humidity-controlled boot dryers and a bathroom with a steam shower.

Location & Access:
- The property is set on the blue Kadenwood trail, with ski-in/ski-out access, but it is dependent on conditions. The ski-in access may require a short walk. The trail does run in front of the property, so worth noting if total privacy is a priority.
- The Kadenwood gondola offers private access to Kadenwood owners and their guests. Travel time is approximately 5 minutes station to station, with the base located adjacent to the Creekside gondola.

Serenity Estate is located in Kadenwood, an exclusive, high-end neighbourhood located high above Whistler Creekside. Kadenwood has a private gondola that connects the neighbourhood to the Creekside base.
